Clearing CA Foundation on your first attempt is less about studying harder and more about studying with structure. The students who succeed almost always follow a repeatable system rather than relying on last-minute marathons.

1. Build a topic-wise plan, not a chapter-wise one

Break each subject into individual topics and weight them by how frequently they appear in past papers. Spend the bulk of your time on high-yield topics and give just enough attention to the rest to stay safe.

Kartavvya's topic-wise analytics make this easy — you can see exactly which areas are dragging your accuracy down and adjust your plan weekly.

2. Revise in cycles, test relentlessly

Active recall beats passive re-reading every single time. After learning a topic, attempt a short MCQ set the same day, again after three days, and once more before the exam. This spaced repetition locks concepts into long-term memory.

3. Simulate the real exam early

Full-length mock tests under timed conditions expose weaknesses you would never notice while studying chapter by chapter. Start mocks at least eight weeks before the exam, not in the final week.
