We aim to reply to every message within one working day. Enquiries sent over the weekend are picked up on the next working day, and volumes are heavier immediately before ICAI exam sessions.
I have a question about a specific CA topic — should I use this form?
For subject doubts you will get an answer far faster from the platform itself: Find a Solution returns a full step-by-step working in seconds, at your level. Use this form for account, billing, access or feedback questions.
I am a teacher or run a coaching institute. Who do I contact?
Use this form and pick 'Teacher' at the top — the questions change to ask for your institute name and the levels you teach, and the subject list switches to institute topics like partnership, batch access and faculty tools. Can I report a wrong answer or a content error?
Yes, and we would like you to. Choose 'Report a problem' and paste the page URL and the question into the message box below it. Corrections to study content are prioritised over other enquiries.
How do I get support with my plan or payment?
Choose 'Billing and plans' and include the email address on your account. Do not send card details or any payment credentials in the message — we will never ask for them.
Why does the form already know my state and city?
We make a rough guess from your IP address so you have two fewer fields to fill. It is only a guess, both fields stay editable, and nothing is submitted until you press the button. If the guess is wrong or blank, just pick the right one.
